Robin Campbell
Founder
Robin Campbell founded Bridges & Tunnels with a vision of connecting underserved communities to opportunities that create lasting change. Guided by a deep commitment to service, Robin has cultivated partnerships with ministries, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations to expand access to critical resources and support systems. Robin provides the strategic leadership that shapes the organization's mission, strengthens collaborative relationships, and inspires a culture centered on compassion, dignity, and hope.
Krystin Campbell
Program Director
Krystin Campbell oversees the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Bridges & Tunnels' community programs and outreach initiatives. She works closely with partner organizations, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure programs effectively address local needs while delivering measurable outcomes. Her leadership focuses on creating impactful experiences, coordinating resources, and expanding services that empower families and strengthen communities.
Joel Morrison Jr.
Outreach & Support Manager
Joel Morrison Jr. leads community engagement efforts and serves as a vital connection between Bridges & Tunnels and the individuals, families, churches, businesses, and nonprofit organizations the organization serves. He coordinates outreach activities, develops strategic partnerships, supports community events, and helps ensure clients receive timely access to available resources. Joel's commitment to relationship-building and compassionate service helps expand Bridges & Tunnels' reach throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth community.
